Passenger Fare Types
Who’s travelling?
Senior
Available for holders of a Senior card, this fare type allows you to call us and book at the same price as our best value online fares.
Pensioner
Unfortunately, we do not offer these fares. We are a private non-subsidised service and do not receive any Government rebates. Please book a Senior fare instead.
Accompanied Child
Children aged 3 to 15 years are classified as a child and are eligible for the child fare. Children aged 16 and over are classified as adults.
Children aged 2 and under are classified as infants and are permitted to travel free of charge, provided they do not occupy a seat. If they will be occupying a seat, a child fare is payable.
Unaccompanied Child
Children between the age of 10 to 14 years will be carried as an Unaccompanied Minor based on our Unaccompanied Minor Form being completed and handed to the driver upon boarding. It is imperative that an Adult is waiting for the Unaccompanied Minor at their destination. Should the Minor NOT have this form, then travel will be refused.
Children aged 15 may travel as unaccompanied with a form or treated as Accompanied.
